2010 Language and Culture Program

1. Eligibility

  - Any Korean adoptees that desire to learn Korean language and culture
  - Must be over 19 years old
  - Must have minimum of completed high school education with diploma
  - Eastern Adoptees will have first priority to be selected

2. Dates

   The program will be held from June 30th, 2010~ July 30, 2010

3. Language Center

   Hallym International School, Hallym University in Chunchun, Korea

4. Application Requirements

  - Application Form
  - Personal Essay: Essay topic is announced in the application form.
  - 1 letter of recommendation from the adoption agency
  - Copy of either high school diploma or certificate of completion from the
    highest education you obtained.
  - Copy of passport

  - 3 passport photos (4x5cm)

5. Tuition and Scholarships

   ESWS will cover tuition, accommodation and other fees required for
   activities for each applicant EXCEPT for airfare. Each applicant will be
   responsible for his or her own airfare
   (round trip to and from Incheon International Airport- ICN)

6. Application Deadline

  The deadline for submission is May 31, 2010.
