Education Division
Through the Dongbang Special Education School, the Seodaemun Community Center and the Eastern Children’s House, the Eastern Social Welfare Society provides a variety of child care and educational services to children of every age and circumstance. In addition, for children and teenagers in circumstances where it is difficult to continue their education, depending on their will and ability, we provide opportunities for them to pursue their education and dreams.
Scholarship Support
The Eastern Social Welfare Society supports adolescents and children who can not continue their education due to family circumstances. So that they do not give up their opportunity of education, we provide counselling, scholarships, case management. More than 100 students have received scholarships from the Eastern Social Welfare Society. and have been able to continue their education. We support students regardless of their societal and economic conditions, as long as they have the ability and passion to study, so that they can receive a higher education and achieve their dreams.
